INGREDIENTS: |6 Servings |

 

  • Dried Lily Flowers
  • Wood Ear Mushroom
  • Shiitake Mushroom

Soak the above ingredients in water for 2 to 3 hours or until fully hydrated.  You can use hot water to speed up the process.

 

  • 1 Egg Chile Peppers crushed hot pepper
  • Prep your pork 6 oz  (Sliced into julienned 2 inches long) Soak in 1 TBS of water, 2 teaspoon of veg/olive oil  and pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of corn starch mix then put aside.
  • 12 oz. Firm Tofu cut into 1 inch square or whatever your preference
  • 6oz. Bamboo Shoots
  • 2 Green Onion chopped (Set aside)
  • 12 cups of Chicken Stock unsalted or light.
  • Β½ Salt and Sugar
  • 2 TBS of White Pepper
  • 4 tbs of Soy sauce
  • Β½ cup of white vinegar
  • 1 tbs of Sesame Oil
  • 1/3 cup of corn starch
  • ΒΌ cup of water
