For 4 ears of Corn

 

¼ Cup Sour cream

¼ Cup Mayonnaise

1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

½ Tbsp Sesame oil

1 Tbsp Gochujang  (To Taste)

1 Zest of 1 Lime

1 Tbsp Lime juice

1 Garlic chopped finely

2 Tbsp Cilantro chopped coarsely

½ tsp Chipotle powder

¼ cup of Cotija cheese (Mexican Cheese)
