Bacon Wrapped Shrimp:
INGREDIENTS:
WET:
1/4 cup Barbecue Sauce / Ketchup
3 tablespoons low-sodium Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
2 tablespoon of Sprite
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
DRY:
3 teaspoons minced Garlic (1 Clove of Garlic)
1 teaspoon of Garlic Power
1/2 teaspoon Minced Ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt, to season
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 pound (500g) jumbo-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
14 slices bacon 1 Lbs. of Thin or thick Smoked Bacon (Regular will work ok to)
Mix all together and let it Marinate
Pre cook bacon to where it will be still pliable and wrap the bacon around the shrimp and use toothpick to hold together.
Grill or Broil at 375 to 400 Degree Fahrenheit 7 to 10 Minutes.
