ginger & sesame cho-ganjang

3 Tbsp soy sauce

3 Tbsp rice vinegar

A few drops of fresh lemon juice (optional)

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp sesame seeds

1 tsp grated ginger

pinch of sugar

1/2 tsp gochugaru, Korean red pepper flakes (Optional)

4 Tbsp gochujang, Korean red pepper paste

2 Tbsp sugar, honey or agave nectar

2 Tbs rice vinegar

1 Tbs fresh lemon juice

1/2 tsp sesame oil and seeds (Optional)
