Open Command Prompt:   cd “C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun” officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.12827.20470

Outlook opens then shuts down.

Outlook opens then shuts down.   Go to Command Prompt:   cd “C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun” and then officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.12827.20470
