Korean Style Grilled Corn
- 4 Ears of Corn
- ¼ Cup of sour cream
- ¼ Cup of mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Gochujang
- Zest of 1 Lime
- 1 Tbsp, fresh lime juice
- 1 Garlic finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp coarsely chopped cilantro
- ½ tbs of Ancho or Chile powder
- ¼ Cup of crumbled Cotija cheese
- Lime wedges for serving
Stir sour cream, mayonnaise, gochujang, lime zest, lime juice, garlic 1Tbsp of cilantro, and ½ chile powder in a small bowl to combine and mix, add salt to taste.
After grilling corn to a lightly charred , spread the sauce mix and use the other 1 Tbsp of cilantro and chile powder on top of the corn for presentation and more flavor.
