Rice Wine Ingredients (Make 4 quarts)

 

        5 cups short grain rice, washed and soaked in cold water for at least 2 hours

        1½ cups nuruk (starter culture)

        1 package of dry yeast

        5 quarts of water (20 cups)

        ¼ cup sugar (optional)
